Open Enrollment is the time of year when you can make changes to many of these benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.

We continue to look for opportunities to provide equitable benefits to all employees, regardless of where they work. Please take time to check out your options, as we have made an important change this year that will benefit employees who do not have access to a plan hospital.

Open Enrollment for Plan Year 2018 is July 10-28.

The new Plan year will begin September 1, 2017.

If you take no action, the coverage you currently have will continue. There will be one exception for employees who are enrolled in an Aetna Medical Plan and do not have reasonable access to a plan hospital. Read more about this.
