Consider your needs
Take some time to review the information about all your Plan options. You want to select the best options for yourself and your family on your journey to health and well-being. Determine if you have any changes for Plan Year 2018. If so, go online July 10-28. Benefits you enrolled in last year will continue unless you make a change or you are eligible for new Medical Plan options. You must go to our enrollment website and enroll in, change, or drop coverage you no longer want.
To begin enrollment, go to the special enrollment section on our enrollment website. (If you are using a home computer, first log in using two-factor authentication.) Check your plan options. Remember that the Open Enrollment link is only available July 10-28.

Enrollment checklist and deadlines
| Step 1: | Review this guide. Download, and print out if necessary, the PDFs provided in this guide to assist your review. |
| Step 2: | If you’re enrolling or making a change, collect Social Security numbers for each eligible dependent you wish to cover. |
| Step 3: |
NOTE: The enrollment link is only visible during Open Enrollment, July 10-28. |
| Step 4: | Enter new dependents on the dependent screen, and then enroll them in the plans. |
| Step 5: | Make your benefits elections, then finalize and submit them. Then print your Benefits Summary for your records. |
Using your personal computer?
If you’re using your personal computer to enroll and experience difficulty, your browser and/or security settings may not allow you to enroll. If this is the case, use a Your Company computer instead. If you’re not sure how to find an available Your Company computer, contact your local IT department.
Key Dates
| Late June | Enrollment materials mailed to employees. |
| July 10 | Open Enrollment begins. |
| July 28 | Last day to enroll or make changes for Plan Year 2018. |
| Sept 1 | Plan Year 2018 begins September 1, 2017. Any changes in benefits elections made during Open Enrollment take effect. |
